Free Shipping Program:

UPS Orders Totaling Over $699

We now are offering free shipping for all UPS ground orders totaling $699 or more.
Free shipping excludes all Hazmat products, tape, masking paper and paint cans.
Based upon shipping damage body filler products cannot be shipped via UPS.
This also does not include items that are shipped UPS oversize and shipments to HI and AK. Items going UPS oversize will only have to pay the oversize fee.

Freight Orders Totaling Over $1200

We are now offering free shipping on all motor freight orders over $1200.
Enter coupon code free_truck during checkout on truck shipments that qualify for free shipping.
We cannot offer free shipping for orders that ship directly from the manufacturer.

Free shipping applies only to items that we have in stock. For items that ship directly from the manufacturer, shipping will still apply.

On all orders that qualify for the free shipping program, if the shipping is not calculated correctly please email us. We can adjusted the shipping after the order is placed.

We only ship inside the United States. We do not ship International. Please email us if you need an item shipped to an APO. We can only ship certain items to an APO box.

Shipping & Handling: All orders will be shipped UPS

Haz-Mat Handling Charge: Certain items are considered Hazardous Material and will not be able to ship via standard parcel service. On these items we will contact you prior to shipment to verify shipping method and costs. Some items are small and may not be cost effective to ship unless in bulk. We will be adding more detail to the items on the website to show what items are considered HazMat.

Delivery Time: 95% of all orders get shipped within 1 or 2 business days upon payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for items which may not be in stock. Delivery time for UPS & FedEx ground is 3 to 6 business days.

Damaged Items: Please inspect all packages before accepting delivery. If item is damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt to acquire an RMA number. A replacement for the damaged item will be sent once damaged item is returned.

Back Orders: All orders will be shipped as complete as possible and any back orders will be shipped automatically with no extra expense.

Sales Tax: All shipments within Ohio will be charged Ohio State tax.

SMALL ORDER HANDLING FEE:
In order to offer our customers the industry's lowest prices, S&J's Discount Tools
requires a minimum order of $10.00. (shipping/tax not included).
A $2.50 Handling Fee will be applied to all orders under $10.00.
Handling Fee is automatically added to shipping charges when order is placed.
