    Robinair 40472 Straight Line Tap

    The Robinair 40472 is a tube piercing valves give you quick, clean access to a system under pressure without using any special tools. You can save time because there’s no need to depressurize the system. Made of top quality, forged brass with hardened steel piercing needles for clean access. Can be used on copper, aluminum, or thin-walled brass where an air, liquid or gas flow tap is required.Diecast construction for durability. Uniform clamping with two screws minimize the possibility of leaks due to improper tightening. Wider neoprene “O” Ring requires a smaller seal area for better sealing Tested for 900 lbs pressure at 250°F. Fits most tubing and makes line piercing simple.
