All items being returned must get a return authorization number within 14 days prior to being shipped back. There is a 10% restocking fee on returned orders. Shipping charges must be pre-paid otherwise shipments will be refused. All items will be inspected to insure the product is returnable. Once approved for return the credit card will be credited the cost of the item excluding the shipping charges. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. Customer assumes full responsibility for any return shipping.

If a wrong item, defective, or damage is shipped and needs replaced, that product must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days or that customer will be charged for the replacement. Please fill out the return form below accordingly and you will be notified with the procedures on how to send the product back.

Once item ships order cannot be cancelled for any reason. All refused orders are subject to a restocking fee. All truck orders that are refused are subject a restocking fee plus return shipping fees.

All products must be returned in “sellable” condition. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
